What is West Coast Swing?

West Coast Swing is a modern, smooth, and highly improvisational partner dance. Unlike traditional ballroom dances, it's danced in a linear "slot" and heavily emphasizes musicality, connection, and conversation between the partners.

One of the best things about WCS is its versatility—you can dance it to almost any 4/4 time signature music, including pop, R&B, blues, acoustic, and hip-hop!
